1. Hear a presentation and discuss State and City water issues.

2. Hear a presentation, discuss and provide direction on the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.

3. Hear a presentation, discuss and provide direction on the Zoning Code Update.

4. Hear reports on meetings and/or conferences attended.

5. Scheduling of meetings and general information.

6. Items from citizens present. (Maximum of three speakers for three minutes per speaker)

7. Convene an executive session.

a. Discussion or consideration of employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, salaries, discipline, dismissal, or resignation of a public officer, appointee or employee of the City. (A.R.S. 38-431.03A (1))
