All of the items on the agenda were reviewed among Council and staff and the following was noted:

Mesa United Food Bank’s 25th Anniversary Celebration
3. Scheduling of meetings and general information.
City Manager Christopher Brady stated that the meeting schedule is as follows:
Thursday, November 6, 2008, 7:30 a.m. – Study Session
Thursday, November 6, 2008, 6:00 p.m. – “Building Strong Neighborhoods” Kickoff at
Franklin Elementary School
4. Adjournment.
Without objection, the Study Session adjourned at 5:22 p.m.
